PulseLabs provides lead generation and online advertising services. Our platform helps businesses identify, qualify, and connect with potential customers through various advertising channels including social media, search engines, and display networks.

3. Pricing and Payment

Our services are priced on a per-qualified-lead basis:

• Social Media Leads: $40 per qualified lead
• Search Engine Leads: $50 per qualified lead
• Premium Multi-Channel Leads: $60 per qualified lead

Payment terms will be established in your service agreement. All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

4. Lead Quality Standards

A qualified lead is defined as an individual who has:

• Responded to your advertising campaign
• Provided accurate contact information
• Met your predefined qualification criteria
• Demonstrated genuine interest in your product or service

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business information and requirements
• Responding to qualified leads in a timely manner
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintaining professional communication with leads

6. Service Limitations

PulseLabs does not guarantee:

• Specific conversion rates or sales outcomes
• Lead response rates or engagement levels
• Availability of leads in all industries or markets

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this website are owned by PulseLabs. Clients retain ownership of their business information and marketing materials provided to us.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Limitation of Liability

PulseLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
